Locations

Carol is located in Suite 301-1 (Main Building, 3rd floor) at 2217 Princess Anne Street, Fredericksburg, VA 22401 which is the General Washington Executive Center. Enter the building from the main entrance and take the elevator to the 3rd floor, turn right for Carol.

Office Hours

Office hours are typically 9-5, Monday-Friday and some Saturdays. For clients with difficult schedules, evenings can be arranged.

No Cost Consultations

Carol offers no cost consultations on Wednesdays 5-8pm and Saturdays 9-Noon. She will explain the role of connective tissue in health and well-being, show examples of what other people have achieved through Structural Integration, and evaluate your body structure. She will take 3 photos which are yours to take with you. Time permitting, you will also receive a sample of the work through a brief release of your neck & shoulders, hamstrings, or other region of the body, as appropriate. Fees & Payment Methods

Each Structural Integration session ranges from 60-75 minutes. Session length for other modalities may vary.

$ 100-120/session depending on height & weight or BMI
Initial 30 minute consultation - No charge
24 hours required to cancel/re-book a session without payment penalty.
Carol accepts cash, checks as well as credit cards
